Our Story
Life Visions was born out of a deep passion for empowering individuals to take control of their health, wellness, and longevity. Founded by Dr. Andrew Shepherd and Christa Shepherd in 2020, The journey began with a shared vision to expand beyond the walls of our brick-and-mortar practice.

Co-Founder & Lead Clinical Practitioner
Originally from New Zealand, Dr. Andrew Shepherd is the foundational architect of the LifeVisions Functional Blueprint. With over 20 years of in-practice clinical experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a relentless passion for optimizing human performance.
Dr. Shepherd began his career with a deep commitment to chiropractic care, using the body’s innate ability to heal as the cornerstone of his approach. Over time, he evolved his practice into a fully integrative, system-based model that bridges metabolic health, hormone balance, and gut restoration.
He earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Parker College and has pursued extensive post-graduate education, including diplomas in Clinical Nutrition and Manipulation Under Anesthesia, along with advanced training in Electro-Diagnostics and Pediatrics. This dedication to ongoing learning has shaped his unique ability to uncover the root causes behind nervous system dysfunction, cellular inflammation, metabolic disruption, and hormonal imbalance, guiding clients back into full-spectrum alignment and optimal performance.
Dr. Shepherd has authored four books on holistic health and longevity, has been published in Chiropractic Economics, and has shared his expertise on national television, including multiple appearances on the Veria Health & Wellness Network
Christa Shepherd, CNS, FDN-P
Co-Founder & Lead Clinical Practitioner
Christa Shepherd is a Functional Practitioner with specialized expertise in Clinical Nutrition, Metabolic Health, and Women’s Hormone Health. Holding advanced designations as a Clinical Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P), Christa brings more than 15 years of experience helping women reclaim their health and vitality.
Her experience includes working closely with fertility specialists nationwide, including board-certified Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility specialists. These experiences deepened her passion for supporting women with insulin-driven PCOS, ovulation regulation, and hormone balance to help them conceive naturally or through assisted reproductive treatments. Today, as co-founder of LifeVisions, she continues her mission of empowering women and equipping health professionals with advanced lab interpretation and personalized precision protocols that drive lasting transformation
Life Visions Functional Blueprint, was designed with a singular goal in mind:
to create a synergistic partnership with health and wellness professionals, providing them with access to comprehensive testing and labs to identify dysfunction before it manifests as plateaus in their clients' progress. We believe in a root-cause approach, where biofeedback and lab markers are used to craft personalized protocols that address each client's unique biochemistry. This approach allows us to support coaches in delivering exceptional results, no matter the client's goals.
