Our Story
Life Visions was born out of a deep passion for empowering individuals to take control of their health, wellness, and longevity. Founded by Dr. Andrew Shepherd and Christa Shepherd in 2020, The journey began with a shared vision to expand beyond the walls of our brick-and-mortar practice.

Dr. Andrew Shepherd, originally from New Zealand, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to LifeVisions Functional Blueprint. As an athlete and wellness lifestyle champion from his early teens, Dr. Shepherd has always been driven by the desire to understand and optimize human performance. His academic journey includes a Bachelor's in Commerce and Laws, a Doctorate in Chiropractic, and a Diploma in Clinical Nutrition, complemented by hundreds of hours of post-graduate education in functional medicine, nutrition, gut, and hormone health. Dr. Shepherd's dedication to empowering others is reflected in his four published books, each designed to guide individuals toward taking control of their health and well-being.
Christa Shepherd is a Functional Practitioner with a specialized focus in Clinical Nutrition, Metabolic Health and Women’s Hormone Health. Her unwavering passion and empathy to impact women struggling with Hormone Imbalance, Weight-loss Resistance, Insulin/BS dysfunction and infertility, are what set her apart. Christa has a heart to serve, by giving a voice to women and helping them navigate TRUE WELLNESS. She has also worked closely with fertility specialists nationwide, helping women prepare nutritionally and mentally for the journey of conception.
Life Visions Functional Blueprint, was designed with a singular goal in mind: to create a synergistic partnership with health and wellness professionals, providing them with access to comprehensive testing and labs to identify dysfunction before it manifests as plateaus in their clients' progress. We believe in a root-cause approach, where biofeedback and lab markers are used to craft personalized protocols that address each client's unique biochemistry. This approach allows us to support coaches in delivering exceptional results, no matter the client's goals.
